sure!! keep in mind though, there are a few rules!

1. no discrimination

a person's birthplace does not define them as a person. if you have a problem with someone's nationality, fell free to leave.

2. site requirements

your site doesnt have to be in english. rentry's, carrds, blogspots, strawpages, ect. will not be accepted. your site doesnt have to be hosted on neocitites, any hosting is fine as long as your site is hand-coded. ai-coded sites are not allowed. customized ready-made templates (like sadgrl's) are allowed. please dont submit empty sites, there has to be at least something on it. you do not have to feature your nationality/country in any way on your website, but you are very welcome to!

3. keep the widget on your site

removing the widget from your site means you've left the webring. if you have to temporarily remove the widget for any reason, please notify me via email!

4. age rating

all sites that are not G/PG are tagged with a warning in the members tab (either 14+ or mature). 18+ sites is allowed, but there has to be a warning on the site itself that explicitly states that there is adult content on the page/site. if you do not host restricted content but plan to in the future, it still counts towards the rating. depictions of abuse, weaponry, blood, ect. are generally tagged as 14+, but sexual themes/lewdness, gore, self-harm, etc. will require a "mature" tag.

5. a person's site is only their business

do not police content on other members' sites unless it is in violation of the rules. just because a site included on this webring has controversial content or opinions, it doesnt mean that you or me or any other member of this webring shares that view. its okay to disagree with people's opinions. if you dont like someone's site, dont go on it.

6. hateful content

discriminatory content is not covered under the 5th rule. you will not be let in if your site contains homophobic, racist, ableist or similarly hateful content.

7. minimum age

i do not feel comfortable letting people under the age of 13 into the webring. i am not goint to ask you for passport pictures of course, this is based on trust.

8. case-by-case basis

i have the right to decline your application or revoke your membership for any reason.

FAQ

Q: what do i do if i have multiple nationalities?

A: thats fine! if you cant to choose just one, i can make you a custom two-flag sprite. here is an example. i can only offer one or two flags per sprite, as it ends up being too crowded with more. for the "from country" text, you can only choose one country though, sorry:(

Q: a member is violating the rules/a member is making me uncomfortable!

A: please send me an email with screenshots of the problem and i will resolve the situation or remove them from the ring!
